Historical data management solution - HDMS

Our solution was designed to address ongoing problems for companies using integrated management systems:

1) Manage Historical Data stored in legacy systems that are no longer used by the company, but must be kept due to legal issues;
2) Managing the Historical Data systems currently in use by the company and thus relieve the database in production.

Historical data in legacy systems

a) Because the tax, accounting and HR requirements, companies need to keep available for a long period many information that may be requested by official agencies of our governments.
b) It is also often necessary to keep record of customers and suppliers, moving items, engineering, among many other data for possible consultations.
c) However, to keep this data, most often, it is necessary to keep the entire legacy system and for that, companies need to maintain throughout a specified infrastructure and its maintenance.

It makes it possible to bring ALL the data, either Legacy or Systems in Use, regardless of the platform, for an updated and low maintenance cost technology.

It enables the company to have greater flexibility in the search of data and REAL cost savings with the systems, as well as with infrastructure to keep them.

The solution is based on Infor Application Studio development tool.

iv. Who will have access to the information;
v. Analysis of the "state" and "dimensions" of the original database

• The historical database can use MS-SQL or Oracle database.
